Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Persons Who Passed the Qualification Examination for Real Estate Transaction Managers
第二条（宅地建物取引主任者資格試験に合格した者に関する経過措置）
A person who, before this Act comes into effect, passed the qualification Examination for real estate transaction managers under Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act prior to the amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the former Act") is deemed to have passed the qualification Examination for real estate transaction specialists under Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act after the amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act").
この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前の宅地建物取引業法（以下「旧法」という。）第十六条第一項の宅地建物取引主任者資格試験に合格した者は、この法律による改正後の宅地建物取引業法（以下「新法」という。）第十六条第一項の宅地建物取引士資格試験に合格した者とみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning the Duty of Confidentiality
第三条（秘密保持義務に関する経過措置）
With regard to the duty of an officer or employee of a Designated Examination Body under Article 16-4, paragraph (2) of the former Act who is engaged in the Examination Processes under Article 16-2, paragraph (1) of the former Act (including an examiner under Article 16-7, paragraph (1) of the former Act), or of a person who formerly held such a position, not to divulge any secret learned in connection with said Examination Processes, the provisions then in force continue to govern even after this Act comes into effect.
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Transaction Manager Identification Cards
第四条（取引主任者証に関する経過措置）
A real estate transaction manager identification card under Article 22-2, paragraph (1) of the former Act that has actually been issued at the time this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a real estate Transaction Specialist Identification Card under Article 22-2, paragraph (1) of the new Act.
この法律の施行の際現に交付されている旧法第二十二条の二第一項の宅地建物取引主任者証は、新法第二十二条の二第一項の宅地建物取引士証とみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures for Dispositions, Procedures, etc.
第八条（処分、手続等に関する経過措置）
A disposition, procedure, or other act performed, before this Act comes into effect, under the provisions of each Act prior to the amendment by this Act (including an order based on it; the same applies below in this Article), for which there is an equivalent provision under the provisions of each Act after the amendment by this Act, is, except where otherwise provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, deemed to be a disposition, procedure, or other act performed under the equivalent provision of each Act after the amendment by this Act.
この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前のそれぞれの法律（これに基づく命令を含む。以下この条において同じ。）の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為であって、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の規定に相当の規定があるものは、この附則に別段の定めがあるものを除き、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の相当の規定によってしたものとみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第九条（罰則に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the application of penal provisions to an act committed before this Act comes into effect, and to an act committed after this Act comes into effect that pertains to a matter for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions.
この法律の施行前にした行為及び附則第三条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる事項に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions) are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
