Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Concerning the Effect of Dispositions, Procedures, etc.
第十四条（処分、手続等の効力に関する経過措置）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, a disposition, procedure or other act performed before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of the respective Acts prior to their amendment by this Act (including orders based on them), for which there are equivalent provisions in the respective Acts as amended by this Act (including orders based on them), is deemed to be a disposition, procedure or other act performed pursuant to those provisions.
附則第二条から前条までに規定するもののほか、この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前のそれぞれの法律（これに基づく命令を含む。）の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為であって、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律（これに基づく命令を含む。）中相当する規定があるものは、これらの規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
