Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2002.
この法律は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 117Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act
第百十七条（労働者災害補償保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Appended Table 1, item (iii) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, the term "case prescribed" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "case prescribed, and the case where, for that same reason, a special lump-sum payment prescribed in Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Abolition, etc. of the Mutual Aid Association Act for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations, etc. to Integrate the Employees' Pension Insurance System and the Mutual Aid Association System for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations (Act No. 101 of 2001; hereinafter referred to as the "2001 Integration Act" in this item) (limited to one pertaining to a special disability mutual aid pension or a special survivors' mutual aid pension set forth in Article 25, paragraph (4), item (ii) or (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act prior to its amendment by the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Abolition, etc. of the Mutual Aid Association Act for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations, etc. to Integrate the Employees' Pension Insurance System and the Mutual Aid Association System for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations (Act No. 31 of 2018)) is paid".
労働者災害補償保険法別表第一第三号の規定の適用については、同号中「規定する場合」とあるのは、「規定する場合及び当該同一の事由により厚生年金保険制度及び農林漁業団体職員共済組合制度の統合を図るための農林漁業団体職員共済組合法等を廃止する等の法律（平成十三年法律第百一号。以下この号において「平成十三年統合法」という。）附則第三十条第一項に規定する特例一時金（厚生年金保険制度及び農林漁業団体職員共済組合制度の統合を図るための農林漁業団体職員共済組合法等を廃止する等の法律の一部を改正する法律（平成三十年法律第三十一号）による改正前の平成十三年統合法附則第二十五条第四項第二号又は第三号に掲げる特例障害共済年金又は特例遺族共済年金に係るものに限る。）が支給される場合」とする。
