第五条
The provisions of Article 14 of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-2, paragraph (2) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act) apply to a compensation payment for loss of salary during a temporary absence from work or a payment for loss of salary during a temporary absence from work under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act for which the grounds for payment arose on or after April 1, 1987.
新労災保険法第十四条（新労災保険法第二十二条の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、昭和六十二年四月一日以後に支給すべき事由が生じた労災保険法の規定による休業補償給付又は休業給付について適用する。
