第三条
The provisions of Article 8-2 of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act apply to the calculation of the amount of a pension-type insurance benefit under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act (hereinafter simply referred to as a "pension-type insurance benefit") for periods on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date").
新労災保険法第八条の二の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後の期間に係る労災保険法の規定による年金たる保険給付（以下単に「年金たる保険給付」という。）の額の算定について適用する。
