第三条
A revision of the amount of a disability compensation pension made pursuant to the provisions of Article 41 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former 1965 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act is deemed to be a revision made pursuant to the provisions of Article 64, paragraph (1) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act, and the provisions of Article 58, paragraph (1) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act apply.
旧昭和四十年改正法附則第四十一条の規定によりされた障害補償年金の額の改定は、新労災保険法第六十四条第一項の規定によりされた改定とみなして、新労災保険法第五十八条第一項の規定を適用する。
A lump-sum payment paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 42, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former 1965 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act is deemed to be an advance lump-sum payment of compensation pension for surviving family paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 60, paragraph (1) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act, and the provisions of paragraphs (3), (5) and (6) of that Article apply.
旧昭和四十年改正法附則第四十二条第一項の規定により支給された一時金は、新労災保険法第六十条第一項の規定により支給された遺族補償年金前払一時金とみなして、同条第三項、第五項及び第六項の規定を適用する。
