Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Provisions for Insurance Proceeds for Commuting Accidents
第二条（通勤災害に関する保険給付についての経過規定）
The provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act") apply to insurance proceeds for commuting accidents referred to in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the new Act that are caused by accidents occurring on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date").
この法律による改正後の労働者災害補償保険法（以下「新法」という。）の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に発生した事故に起因する新法第七条第一項第二号の通勤災害に関する保険給付について適用する。
