第一条（施行期日）
The provisions of this Act come into effect on the dates specified in the following items, according to the categories set forth in those items:
この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 1 amending Articles 6 and 9 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, the provisions amending Article 10 of that Act (limited to the part replacing ", Article 8 and the preceding Article" with "and Article 8", the part replacing ", item (ii)" with "or item (ii)", the part deleting "or in the case where a person falling under item (iv) has come to be employed by the same employer continuously for more than 14 days", and the part deleting items (iv) and (v) of that Article) and the provisions amending Article 38-5 of that Act (limited to the part deleting ", Article 9"), the provisions of Article 2, and the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1) and Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified separately by law.
第一条中失業保険法第六条及び第九条の改正規定、同法第十条の改正規定（「、第八条及び前条」を「及び第八条」に改める部分、「、第二号」を「又は第二号」に改める部分、「又は第四号に該当する者が十四日を越えて引き続き同一事業主に雇用されるに至つた場合」を削る部分並びに同条第四号及び第五号を削る部分に限る。）並びに同法第三十八条の五の改正規定（「、第九条」を削る部分に限る。）、第二条の規定並びに附則第二条第一項及び第十二条の規定 別に法律で定める日
