第八条
With regard to insurance proceeds pertaining to accidents that occurred before the provisions of Article 1 come into effect, the provisions of Articles 17 through 19-2 of the former Act remain in force.
第一条の規定の施行前に生じた事故に係る保険給付については、旧法第十七条から第十九条の二までの規定は、なお効力を有する。
The provisions of Article 30-4 of the new Act do not apply to accidents that occurred before the provisions of Article 1 come into effect.
