第四十五条（業務災害に対する年金による補償に関する検討）
Compensation in the form of pensions for occupational accidents of workers is to continue to be reviewed, taking into consideration the relationship between the industrial accident compensation insurance system and employees' pension insurance and other social insurance systems, and, based on the results, is to be dealt with promptly by separate legislation.
労働者の業務災害に対する年金による補償に関しては、労働者災害補償保険制度と厚生年金保険その他の社会保険の制度との関係を考慮して引き続き検討が加えられ、その結果に基づき、すみやかに、別に法律をもつて処理されるべきものとする。
