第四条
The provisions then in force continue to govern medical treatment benefits, injury and sickness allowances and other benefits under the provisions of the former Special Protection Act or the Act on Temporary Measures Concerning Medical Treatment, etc. of Silicosis and Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury (Act No. 143 of 1958; hereinafter referred to as the "former Temporary Measures Act") that pertain to the period up to the day before the date on which this Act comes into effect.
旧特別保護法又はけい肺及び外傷性せき髄障害の療養等に関する臨時措置法（昭和三十三年法律第百四十三号。以下「旧臨時措置法」という。）の規定による療養給付、傷病手当その他の給付であつて、この法律の施行の日の前日までの間に係るものについては、なお従前の例による。
