Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1951.
この法律は、昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 4, paragraph (3) and Article 11, paragraph (2) of the Health Insurance Act, Article 5, paragraph (2) and Article 12, paragraph (2) of the Mariners Insurance Act, Article 5, paragraph (2) and Article 11, paragraph (4) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, Article 31, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, and Article 35, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Unemployment Insurance Act, as amended by the provisions of paragraph (34) through the preceding paragraph, apply to demands made after this Act comes into effect, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the collection of demand fees for demands made before this Act comes into effect.
第三十四項から前項までの規定による改正後の健康保険法第四条第三項及び第十一条第二項、船員保険法第五条第二項及び第十二条第二項、厚生年金保険法第五条第二項及び第十一条第四項、労働者災害補償保険法第三十一条第二項及び第三項並びに失業保険法第三十五条第二項及び第三項の規定は、この法律施行後する督促について適用し、この法律施行前にした督促に係る督促手数料の徴収については、なお従前の例による。
