第三条
Schools under former provisions (except the National School Order) in existence at the time of the enforcement of this Act may continue to exist as schools under former provisions.
この法律施行の際、現に存する従前の規定（国民学校令を除く。）による学校は、従前の規定による学校として存続することができる。
Necessary matters regarding schools under the provisions of the preceding paragraph are to be prescribed by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
前項の規定による学校に関し、必要な事項は、文部科学大臣が定める。
