附 則
Of this Act, the provisions amending Article 56 come into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Articles 109 and 110 come into effect on March 1, 1950.
この法律中第五十六条の改正規定は、公布の日から、第百九条及び第百十条の規定は、昭和二十五年三月一日から施行する。
