附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
A university under Article 109, paragraph (1) of the School Education Act prior to the amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") is deemed to have been established as a university under Article 69-2, paragraph (2) of the School Education Act as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act").
改正前の学校教育法（以下「旧法」という。）第百九条第一項の規定による大学は、改正後の学校教育法（以下「新法」という。）第六十九条の二第二項の大学として設置されたものとみなす。
A department that, at the time this Act comes into effect, is attached to a university under Article 109, paragraph (1) of the Former Act is not required to obtain approval for establishment under the provisions of Article 4 of the New Act.
この法律の施行の際現に旧法第百九条第一項の大学に置かれている学科については、新法第四条の規定による設置の認可を受けることを要しない。
