Supplementary Provisions, Article 2
第二条
National elementary schools, miscellaneous schools similar to national elementary schools, and miscellaneous schools and kindergartens equivalent to national elementary schools under former provisions in existence at the time of the enforcement of this Act are to be respectively deemed as elementary schools and kindergartens established pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
この法律施行の際、現に存する従前の規定による国民学校、国民学校に類する各種学校及び国民学校に準ずる各種学校並びに幼稚園は、それぞれこれらをこの法律によつて設置された小学校及び幼稚園とみなす。
