附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation and applies as of April 1, 1948; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 60 and Article 68, paragraph (2) of the School Education Act come into effect as of the date of enforcement of the National Government Organization Act.
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行し、昭和二十三年四月一日から、これを適用する。但し、学校教育法第六十条及び第六十八条第二項の改正規定は、国家行政組織法施行の日から、これを施行する。
