第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2003.
この法律は、平成十五年十月一日から施行する。

第十八条（政令への委任）
In addition to what is provided for in this Act, transitional measures necessary in connection with the establishment of the new educational foundation and other transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この法律に規定するもののほか、新学園の設立に伴い必要な経過措置その他この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
