附 則
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1991.
この法律は、平成三年七月一日から施行する。
The title of bachelor under the provisions of Article 63, paragraph (1) of the School Education Act prior to the amendment is deemed to be a bachelor's degree under the provisions of Article 68-2, paragraph (1) of the School Education Act as amended.
改正前の学校教育法第六十三条第一項の規定による学士の称号は、改正後の学校教育法第六十八条の二第一項の規定による学士の学位とみなす。
