附 則
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1991.
この法律は、平成三年七月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 69-2, paragraph (7) and Article 70-8 of the School Education Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New School Education Act") are to apply also to persons who graduated, before the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), from a university under Article 69-2, paragraph (2) of the School Education Act or from a college of technology.
第一条の規定による改正後の学校教育法（以下「新学校教育法」という。）第六十九条の二第七項及び第七十条の八の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に学校教育法第六十九条の二第二項の大学又は高等専門学校を卒業した者についても適用があるものとする。
