Article 130Breaking into a Residence
第百三十条（住居侵入等）
A person who, without just cause, breaks into a residence of another person or into the premises, building or vessel guarded by another person, or who refuses to leave such a place upon demand is punished by imprisonment for 3 years or less or a fine of 100,000 yen or less.
正当な理由がないのに、人の住居若しくは人の看守する邸宅、建造物若しくは艦船に侵入し、又は要求を受けたにもかかわらずこれらの場所から退去しなかった者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は十万円以下の罰金に処する。
