Article 263Concealment of Letters

第二百六十三条(信書隠匿)

A person who conceals a letter of another person is punished by imprisonment for 6 months or less, a fine of 100,000 yen or less or a petty fine.

他人の信書を隠匿した者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は十万円以下の罰金若しくは科料に処する。
