Article 262Damage to the Offender's Property

第二百六十二条(自己の物の損壊等)

Even when the property prescribed for in the preceding three Articles belongs to the offender, the offender is dealt with as an offender who has damaged another person's property when the property has been attached, encumbered or leased, or a spouse's right of residence has been established on it.

自己の物であっても、差押えを受け、物権を負担し、賃貸し、又は配偶者居住権が設定されたものを損壊し、又は傷害したときは、前三条の例による。
