A person in relation to their own criminal case or the criminal case of another person, forcibly demands without just cause a meeting with, or uses intimidation against any person who is considered to have knowledge necessary for the investigation or trial of the criminal case, or a relative of that person, is punished by imprisonment for 2 years or less or a fine of 300,000 yen or less.
自己若しくは他人の刑事事件の捜査若しくは審判に必要な知識を有すると認められる者又はその親族に対し、当該事件に関して、正当な理由がないのに面会を強請し、又は強談威迫の行為をした者は、二年以下の拘禁刑又は三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
