第六十四条（中小企業基盤整備機構の行う認定事業継続力強化又は認定連携事業継続力強化に関する協力業務）
Article 64Cooperation Work Performed by the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN Regarding Certified Business Continuity Enhancement or Certified Joint Business Continuity Enhancement
In response to a request from a small and medium-sized enterprise that has received the certification referred to in Article 56, paragraph (1) or Article 58, paragraph (1), the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN is to carry out work of provision of information regarding the certified business continuity enhancement or certified joint business continuity enhancement that the enterprise carries out, and other necessary cooperation.
中小企業基盤整備機構は、第五十六条第一項又は第五十八条第一項の認定を受けた中小企業者の依頼に応じて、その行う認定事業継続力強化又は認定連携事業継続力強化に関する情報の提供その他必要な協力の業務を行う。
定義第二条第一項・法令全体に適用
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者
