第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the date prescribed in each item:
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
附則第十七条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Articles 2, 5 and 7, and Articles 18, 20, 24, 26, 28 and 30 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding nine months from the date of promulgation.
第二条、第五条及び第七条の規定並びに附則第十八条、第二十条、第二十四条、第二十六条、第二十八条及び第三十条の規定 公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
