第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date specified in the respective items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 2, paragraph (2) by adding one item, the provisions amending Article 9, paragraph (2), item (iii), and the provisions of the following Article and Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation;
