第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 59, Article 67, and Article 70, paragraph (6), and Article 11, paragraph (2), Article 14, and Article 28 of the Supplementary Provisions: the later of the date on which this Act comes into effect or the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Juveniles Act, etc. (Act No. 68 of 2007; referred to as the "Juveniles Act, etc. Amendment Act" in Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions) comes into effect.
第五十九条、第六十七条及び第七十条第六項並びに附則第十一条第二項、第十四条及び第二十八条の規定 この法律の施行の日又は少年法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第六十八号。附則第十一条において「少年法等一部改正法」という。）の施行の日のいずれか遅い日
