第百一条の三（法第六十一条第一項の厚生労働省令で定める理由）
Article 101-3Reasons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61, Paragraph (1) of the Act
The reasons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61, paragraph (1) of the Act are as follows:
法第六十一条第一項の厚生労働省令で定める理由は、次のとおりとする。
misconduct;
非行
disease or injury;
疾病又は負傷
temporary closure of the place of business;
事業所の休業
reasons equivalent to those set out in the preceding items that are specified by the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office.
前各号に掲げる理由に準ずる理由であつて、公共職業安定所長が定めるもの
