第三条の四（標準報酬平均額の算定方法）
Article 3-4Method of Calculating the Average Standardized Amount of Remuneration for Insured Persons
The average standardized amount of remuneration for insured persons prescribed in Article 43-2, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "average standardized amount of remuneration for insured persons") for the fiscal year that includes April 1 of the year five years before the year that includes the first day of the relevant fiscal year is the amount obtained by dividing the amount listed in item (i) by the number listed in item (ii) and then dividing the result by 12.
当該年度の初日の属する年の五年前の年の四月一日の属する年度における法第四十三条の二第一項第二号イに規定する標準報酬平均額（以下「標準報酬平均額」という。）は、第一号に掲げる額を第二号に掲げる数で除して得た額を十二で除して得た額とする。
