In addition to the services a bank performs pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, a bank may perform the following services, to the extent that this does not interfere with the performance of the services set forth in the items of paragraph (1) of that Article:
investment advisory services as defined in Article 28, paragraph (6) (General Rules) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act;

services for performing the actions provided for in the items of Article 33, paragraph (2) (Prohibition on Engagement in Securities-Related Services by Financial Institutions) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act for the securities or transactions set forth in the items of that paragraph (other than services performed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article);
金融商品取引法第三十三条第二項各号（金融機関の有価証券関連業の禁止等）に掲げる有価証券又は取引について、同項各号に定める行為を行う業務（前条第二項の規定により営む業務を除く。）
services related to trust affairs which are performed by the method set forth in Article 3, item (iii) (Methods of Creating Trusts) of the Trust Act (Act No. 108 of 2006); and
信託法（平成十八年法律第百八号）第三条第三号（信託の方法）に掲げる方法によつてする信託に係る事務に関する業務
services for concluding a contract for the acquisition or transfer of international cooperative emission reductions, or services for acting as the intermediary, broker, or agent for this (other than services performed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article), specified by Cabinet Office Order.

地球温暖化対策の推進に関する法律第二条第八項の国際協力排出削減量と、これに類似するもののことです。前者は、日本と相手国の政府間の取決めに基づく事業で削減・吸収された温室効果ガスの量のうち、主務大臣が口座簿に記録する、二酸化炭素一トン単位の数量です。
