In addition to the services a bank performs pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, a bank may perform the following services, to the extent that this does not interfere with the performance of the services set forth in the items of paragraph (1) of that Article:
investment advisory services as defined in Article 28, paragraph (6) (General Rules) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act;

services for performing the actions provided for in the items of Article 33, paragraph (2) (Prohibition on Engagement in Securities-Related Services by Financial Institutions) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act for the securities or transactions set forth in the items of that paragraph (other than services performed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article);

信託法（平成十八年法律第百八号）第三条第三号（信託の方法）に掲げる方法によつてする信託に係る事務に関する業務
services for concluding a contract for the acquisition or transfer of international cooperative emission reductions, or services for acting as the intermediary, broker, or agent for this (other than services performed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article), specified by Cabinet Office Order.
