Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Real Estate Brokerage Act
第五条（宅地建物取引業法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 10 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act as amended by the provisions of Article 8 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Real Estate Brokerage Act" in this Article) apply to the inspection of the register of Real Estate Brokers, etc. pertaining to a license application for the license under Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (including the renewal of the license under paragraph (3) of that Article; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) or a notification under the provisions of Article 9 of the new Real Estate Brokerage Act that is made on or after the date this Act comes into effect, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the inspection of the register of Real Estate Brokers, etc. pertaining to said license application or a notification under the provisions of Article 9 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 8 that was made before that date.
第八条の規定による改正後の宅地建物取引業法（以下この条において「新宅地建物取引業法」という。）第十条の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後にされる宅地建物取引業法第三条第一項の免許（同条第三項の免許の更新を含む。以下この条において同じ。）の申請又は新宅地建物取引業法第九条の規定による届出に係る宅地建物取引業者名簿等の閲覧について適用し、同日前にされた当該免許の申請又は第八条の規定による改正前の宅地建物取引業法第九条の規定による届出に係る宅地建物取引業者名簿等の閲覧については、なお従前の例による。
