第八条（検討）
If five years have elapsed since this Act comes into effect, the Government is to review the status of the enforcement of the provisions as amended by the provisions of Articles 1 through 4, and if it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、第一条から第四条までの規定による改正後の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
