Article 27-5Discretionary Revocation of Suspended Execution of Part of a Sentence
第二十七条の五（刑の一部の執行猶予の裁量的取消し）
Suspended execution of part of the sentence may be revoked in the following cases:
次に掲げる場合においては、刑の一部の執行猶予の言渡しを取り消すことができる。
when a further crime is committed after the suspended execution is granted and a fine is imposed for the crime;
猶予の言渡し後に更に罪を犯し、罰金に処せられたとき。
when a person placed under probation pursuant to the provision of paragraph (1) of Article 27-3 fails to observe any of the conditions of the probation.
第二十七条の三第一項の規定により保護観察に付せられた者が遵守すべき事項を遵守しなかったとき。
