Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act
第六条（労働者災害補償保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "amended Industrial Accident Insurance Act") apply to the insurance proceeds set forth in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the amended Industrial Accident Insurance Act for injury, illness, disability or death occurring, from the causes prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the amended Industrial Accident Insurance Act, on or after the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iii) effective date").
第二条の規定による改正後の労働者災害補償保険法（以下「改正後労災保険法」という。）の規定は、改正後労災保険法第七条第一項第二号に規定する要因により、附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下「第三号施行日」という。）以後に発生する負傷、疾病、障害又は死亡に対する改正後労災保険法第七条第一項第二号に掲げる保険給付について適用する。
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (3) and Article 14, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-2, paragraph (2) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act) of the amended Industrial Accident Insurance Act apply to the insurance proceeds set forth in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and Article 7, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the amended Industrial Accident Insurance Act for injury, illness, disability or death occurring on or after the item (iii) effective date, and, with regard to the insurance proceeds set forth in those provisions for injury, illness, disability or death that occurred before the item (iii) effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前項に定めるもののほか、改正後労災保険法第八条第三項及び第十四条第一項（労働者災害補償保険法第二十二条の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、第三号施行日以後に発生する負傷、疾病、障害又は死亡に対する労働者災害補償保険法第七条第一項第一号及び改正後労災保険法第七条第一項第三号に掲げる保険給付について適用し、第三号施行日前に発生した負傷、疾病、障害又は死亡に対するこれらの規定に掲げる保険給付については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 42, paragraph (2) of the amended Industrial Accident Insurance Act during the period from the effective date to the day before the item (iii) effective date, the phrase "Article 20-6, paragraph (3) or Article 22-4, paragraph (3)" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "Article 22-4, paragraph (3)", and the phrase ", Article 60-2, paragraph (1) or Article 61, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "or Article 61, paragraph (1)".
施行日から第三号施行日の前日までの間における改正後労災保険法第四十二条第二項の規定の適用については、同項中「第二十条の六第三項若しくは第二十二条の四第三項」とあるのは「第二十二条の四第三項」と、「、第六十条の二第一項若しくは第六十一条第一項」とあるのは「若しくは第六十一条第一項」とする。
