Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Provisions of Article 3
第六条（第三条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 3 of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance (Act No. 84 of 1969) to a business actually being carried out at the time the provisions of Article 3 come into effect which falls under the businesses set forth in Article 12, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Unemployment Insurance Act and the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of that Article, the phrase "the day on which the business commenced" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the date on which the provisions of Article 3 of the Act Partially Amending the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 40 of 1990) come into effect".
第三条の規定の施行の際現に行われている事業であって、同条の規定による改正後の失業保険法及び労働者災害補償保険法の一部を改正する法律附則第十二条第一項第二号に掲げる事業に該当するものに関する労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律（昭和四十四年法律第八十四号）第三条の規定の適用については、同条中「その事業が開始された日」とあるのは、「労働者災害補償保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二年法律第四十号）第三条の規定の施行の日」とする。
