Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
The provisions of this Act come into effect as of the dates specified in the following items, according to the categories set forth in those items:
この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 1 and the provisions of the following Article and Articles 7, 11, 12, 14 and 16 of the Supplementary Provisions: August 1, 1990;
the provisions of Article 2 and the provisions of Articles 3 through 5, Articles 8 through 10, 13 and 15 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 1990;
第二条の規定並びに附則第三条から第五条まで、第八条から第十条まで、第十三条及び第十五条の規定 平成二年十月一日
