第六条
The provisions of Article 14-2 of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-2, paragraph (2) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act) apply to a worker who falls under any of the items of Article 14-2 of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act on or after April 1, 1987.
新労災保険法第十四条の二（新労災保険法第二十二条の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、昭和六十二年四月一日以後に新労災保険法第十四条の二各号のいずれかに該当する労働者について適用する。
