第二条（第一条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of the proviso to Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Industrial Accident Insurance Act") apply to insurance proceeds in respect of a commuting accident referred to in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Industrial Accident Insurance Act") that is caused by an accident that occurred on or after April 1, 1987.
第一条の規定による改正後の労働者災害補償保険法（以下「新労災保険法」という。）第七条第三項ただし書の規定は、昭和六十二年四月一日以後に発生した事故に起因する労働者災害補償保険法（以下「労災保険法」という。）第七条第一項第二号の通勤災害に関する保険給付について適用する。
