第五条
A revision of the amount of a disability compensation pension, compensation pension for surviving family or illness or injury compensation pension made pursuant to the provisions of Article 41 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former 1965 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act is deemed to be a revision made pursuant to the provisions of Article 64, paragraph (1) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act, and the provisions of the second sentence of that paragraph apply.
旧昭和四十年改正法附則第四十一条の規定によりされた障害補償年金、遺族補償年金又は傷病補償年金の額の改定は、新労災保険法第六十四条第一項の規定によりされた改定とみなして、同項後段の規定を適用する。
A revision of the amount of a disability pension, pension for surviving family or illness or injury pension made pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former 1973 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act in accordance with the provisions of Article 41 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former 1965 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act is deemed to be a revision made pursuant to the provisions of Article 64, paragraph (1) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article, and the provisions of the second sentence of paragraph (1) of that Article as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article apply.
旧昭和四十八年改正法附則第三条の規定により旧昭和四十年改正法附則第四十一条の規定の例によりされた障害年金、遺族年金又は傷病年金の額の改定は、新労災保険法第六十四条第二項において準用する同条第一項の規定によりされた改定とみなして、同条第二項において準用する同条第一項後段の規定を適用する。
