第二条（第一条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern compensation payments for loss of salary during a temporary absence from work or payments for loss of salary during a temporary absence from work for which the grounds for payment arose before the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date").
この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に支給すべき事由の生じた休業補償給付又は休業給付については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the portion, pertaining to the period up to the day before the effective date, of disability compensation pensions, compensation pensions for surviving family, long-term illness or injury compensation benefits paid as pensions, disability pensions, pensions for surviving family or long-term illness or injury benefits paid as pensions under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Industrial Accident Insurance Act").
第一条の規定による改正前の労働者災害補償保険法（以下「旧労災保険法」という。）の規定による障害補償年金、遺族補償年金、長期傷病補償給付たる年金、障害年金、遺族年金又は長期傷病給付たる年金のうち施行日の前日までの間に係る分については、なお従前の例による。
