第七十七条（準用規定）
The provisions of Article 31, Article 33, Article 34, paragraph (1), Article 35, Article 36, paragraphs (1) and (2) (excluding item (ii)), Article 37, Article 38, and Article 40 of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act apply mutatis mutandis to the benefits in the form of a pension or the benefits in the form of a lump sum under Article 75, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions that are paid by the Association. In this case, Cabinet Order provides for the necessary technical replacement of terms.
改正後確定給付企業年金法第三十一条、第三十三条、第三十四条第一項、第三十五条、第三十六条第一項及び第二項（第二号を除く。）、第三十七条、第三十八条並びに第四十条の規定は、連合会が支給する附則第七十五条第二項の年金たる給付又は一時金たる給付について準用する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
