第六十条（政令への委任）
In addition to what is provided for in Article 53 of the Supplementary Provisions through the preceding Article, necessary matters concerning the transfer of reserves for pension benefits, etc. (meaning the reserves for pension benefits, etc. prescribed in Article 53, paragraph (4) or (5) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies in Article 70, paragraph (2) and Article 71, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions) or reserves (meaning the reserves prescribed in Article 54, paragraph (1) or Article 57, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies in Article 70, paragraph (2) and Article 71, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions) from the surviving Pension Fund Association are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第五十三条から前条までに定めるもののほか、存続連合会からの年金給付等積立金（附則第五十三条第四項又は第五項に規定する年金給付等積立金をいう。附則第七十条第二項及び第七十一条第二項において同じ。）又は積立金（附則第五十四条第一項又は第五十七条第一項に規定する積立金をいう。附則第七十条第二項及び第七十一条第二項において同じ。）の移換に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
