Supplementary Provisions, Article 41Separate Accounting
第四十一条（区分経理）
The surviving Pension Fund Association must keep its accounts separately for each of the following businesses:
存続連合会は、次に掲げる業務ごとに経理を区分して整理しなければならない。
business conducted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), items (i) and (ii), paragraph (2), items (i) through (iii), paragraph (3), items (i) through (iii), paragraph (4), items (i) and (iii), and paragraphs (5) and (6) of the preceding Article;
前条第一項第一号及び第二号、第二項第一号から第三号まで、第三項第一号から第三号まで、第四項第一号及び第三号、第五項並びに第六項の規定により行う業務
business conducted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), items (iii) and (iv), paragraph (2), items (iv) through (vii), paragraph (3), items (iv) through (viii), paragraph (4), item (ii), and paragraph (7) of the preceding Article;
前条第一項第三号及び第四号、第二項第四号から第七号まで、第三項第四号から第八号まで、第四項第二号並びに第七項の規定により行う業務
information collection and other services and materials provision services, etc. conducted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (8) of the preceding Article.
