第八十四条
For the months set forth in the upper column of the following table, the insurance premium rate under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for a category III EPI insured prescribed in Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act is, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 81, paragraph (4) of that Act, the respective rate specified in the lower column of that table.

改正後厚生年金保険法第二条の五第一項第三号に規定する第三号厚生年金被保険者の次の表の上欄に掲げる月分の厚生年金保険法による保険料率については、同法第八十一条第四項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ同表の下欄に定める率とする。
