Supplementary Provisions, Article 384Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第三百八十四条（厚生年金保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 36, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as revised by the provisions of Article 282 of the Supplementary Provisions apply to the interest rate under paragraph (1) of that Article for each year in and after 2009, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the interest rate under that paragraph for 2007 and 2008.
附則第二百八十二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第三十六条第二項の規定は、平成二十一年以後の各年の同条第一項の利率について適用し、平成十九年及び平成二十年の同項の利率については、なお従前の例による。
