第三十条（平成十七年度から平成二十年度までにおける再評価率の改定等に関する経過措置）
In the application of Articles 43-2 through 43-5 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 7 in fiscal year 2005 and fiscal year 2006, the rate set forth in Article 43-2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of that Act is deemed to be one.
平成十七年度及び平成十八年度における第七条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十三条の二から第四十三条の五までの規定の適用については、同法第四十三条の二第一項第三号に掲げる率を一とみなす。
In the application of Article 43-2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 7 in fiscal year 2007, the phrase "September 1" in (a) of that item is deemed to be replaced with "October 1".
平成十九年度における第七条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十三条の二第一項第三号の規定の適用については、同号イ中「九月一日」とあるのは、「十月一日」とする。
