Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第二十条（厚生年金保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 11-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the preceding Article to a former qualified recipient with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern, pursuant to Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions, the payment of individual extended benefits prescribed in that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧受給資格者であって附則第五条の規定により同条に規定する個別延長給付の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされたものに係る前条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第十一条の五第一項の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
