Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Acquisition of Status as an Insured Covered by Employees' Pension Insurance
第四条（厚生年金保険の被保険者資格の取得の経過措置）
A person who was born on or after April 2, 1932 and who was a member of a former applicable corporation mutual aid Association on the day preceding the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and who is employed on the Effective Date at a place of business or office of a former applicable corporation (meaning an applicable corporation prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (vii) of the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Act; the same applies hereinafter) or of a designated corporation prescribed in Article 111-6, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Act, that is an applicable place of business prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1) or (3) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (excluding a person who acquires the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance on the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 13 of that Act), acquires the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance on the Effective Date.
昭和七年四月二日以後に生まれた者であり、かつ、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）の前日において旧適用法人共済組合の組合員であった者であって、施行日において旧適用法人（改正前国共済法第二条第一項第七号に規定する適用法人をいう。以下同じ。）又は改正前国共済法第百十一条の六第一項に規定する指定法人の事業所又は事務所のうち厚生年金保険法第六条第一項又は第三項に規定する適用事業所であるものに使用されるもの（施行日に同法第十三条の規定により厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得する者を除く。）は、施行日に、厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得する。
